About me

I am an avid reader and writer of science fantasy adventure and a fan of genre films. I write in a strong visual and cinematic style with daring imagery that brings the reader into my fictional world but leaves room for the reader's own imagination, ever with the mission to educate as well as entertain.

I am the author of 7 books in the Children of The Dragon series published by Ikthalion Press: Destiny's Forge, To Taste The Dragon's Blood, NAGRASANTI, Red Dragon, The Queen's Marksman, The Black Witch, and VIRUS; with an 8th in progress: Written in BLOOD.

The CHILDREN OF THE DRAGON series is a chronicle of the Xosan, living vampires from the ancient planet Antellus who were once human but were transformed by a dragon's blood. They are stories of science fiction, fact and fantasy, myth and history, tragedy and triumph; set in a universe as real as the reader's own and intermixed with real historical events.

I am also an author of a nonfiction book: A BOOK OF FIVE RINGS: A Practical Guide to Strategy by Miyamoto Musashi; published by Ikthalion Press.

About my collections

I used to collect a great many SF books and comic books in the genre, books in the vampire/paranormal romance genre, and I still collect quality musical soundtracks from various SF/Fantasy movies. Some of my treasures include: Logan's Run, The Day The Earth Stood Still, Forbidden Planet, 2001 A Space Odyssey, all the Star Trek movie soundtracks, The Cage, The Secret of Nimh, Twilight Zone The Movie, The Outer Limits (original series), The Last Starfighter, and so on. I continue to add to my collection as I use the music to help me write. My latest acquisitions include Battlestar Galactica (1) and The Prestige. I also collect various classical compositions from time to time.
